Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to more than 200 nations worldwide. But there are some places where we can't deliver. We will get in touch with you if you are in one of those nations.
How do you ship packages?
Depending on the weight and size of the item, packages from our warehouse will either be sent by USPS, DHL, Purolator, ePacket, or Canada Post. Packages leaving our US warehouse are delivered by USPS.

How long does it take to ship the item?

How long does shipping take?
For USA, USPS Tracked Package: 10-15 business days
For Canada, Canada Post Tracked Package: 10-15 business days
For rest of the world, 15-20 business days depending on the location
